In May of 2008 we were introduced to Marsha via word of mouth through a family friend. We had Marsha sell our condo and help us find our new house. She created wonderful booklets that showcased our condo and provided a very professional image.
Marsha was working our first scheduled open house and before we knew it, there was an offer proposed to us!!
The condo was sold, it was time to go house shopping. Marsha listened to our wants and needs, so she could focus on finding the right home for us. We started our journey by looking over homes using listings Marsha sent us by email. Her website is fantastic.
Once we created a list of homes we wanted to view, Marsha would set-up appointments to view them. Marsha showed up at our door when she said she would, this we found to be consistent and not just a fluke. She gave us clip boards with information on the houses, this was great it helped us remember certain characteristics about each house.
During each home we were in, Marsha was very informative but at the same time allowed us to view each home at our own pace. She listened to our comments and continued to take notes which would help bring us to our ideal home.
There was a home in Langford that Marsha wanted us to see, we had driven past it and our first impression did not sell us on it. During another house hunting trip she tried to have us stop at the house again but, we again took a pass. On the next trip since we were in the area of the house she wanted us so desperately to see, we decided to stop in. WOW!! The place was amazing inside!! We couldn't believe it. There was everything we could have wanted and then some. We made an offer the next morning. We learned that there were more offers coming, not to panic, once again Marsha went to bat for us and spoke with the sellers and listing agent and she was able to convince them that we were the right people to buy the home.
Shortly after some tense moments, we were on our way to owning our first house.
Marsha was outstanding with relaying the proper information to the right people. We
had a very short period of time to close the deal and there was much work that needed
to be done. Marsha performed her tasks flawlessly and far exceeded our expectations.
We would highly recommend Marsha to anyone who is interested in buying or selling
